hi all! how's everyone today:)
I'm coming home this week, it's going to be hard to leave this family, but it will so nice to be with you all again. i have so much to do when i get home. my mind is racing with all the things i know i have to do.
i'll be busy as a bee right away. i have lessons to teach before i even arrive home from the airport, i'm going straight to vacaville to teach and then finally, home. on sunday, i have a rehearsal in sacramento. and lots of music work to do. monday my daily grind begins again.
i miss my bed!!
i love the couch i've been sleeping on for a month. but i'll be so glad to have my own room again. juliana and bryan have been great. best roommates i could hope for. as soon as i figure out exactly what i'm going to do, i have to let them know so we can move into a bigger place...in the same complex, i like the complex, it's nice. moving is going to be such a big job, but i have awesome friends who have already offered to help me out:)
my neck injury has finally calmed down, today i have no pain. i can tell it's there if i tilt my head that direction, but it no longer fells as stiff and no longer hurts. i had a nasty fall the other day and my knee is all purple right now...it was a funny fall though:). i was doing triple sal and it was a good one, but for some odd reason i landed, tilted forward and fell face down, most of the force on my knee. and i'm so glad it wasn't my face, lol. Paul and I started my short program yesterday...the skeleton is set, and the spiral sequence is put together, and today we just have to flesh it out. it may not be polished and complete, but it will be plenty for me to practice with. it is very c.o.p. friendly:) i'm so excited...my combo spin is so bitchen and original, and my spiral sequence is challenging but maintains flow. i'm just so excited. and i love my music so much...it's going to be awesome.

I'm not feeling very well today. I've had a sore throat the past couple days, due to allergies. and i have gotten so tired that i think it had turned into me being a bit sick. I skated in scottsdale yesterday where most of the higher level kids in az skate. It was very cool, it's always very motivating to skate with higher level skaters. I got to see Stephany Casey and her mom Mary-Louise. That was awesome:) stephy made me a card cause she heard i was coming. I called her mom the night before to see if she was going to be there, but she doesn't skate afternoons except for wednesdays. So Mary-Lousie decided to surprise her and bring her to see me. Well staph was in a bad mood in the morning so she ended up telling her that i was coming. But It was very cool to see her again.
All the skaters and thier parents seem to think that scottsdale is so far away. It really isn't that far at all. I drive farther to oakland and i do that every day...the exact words i hear are "well, it's quite a drive!". my booty it's quite a drive...what-ev! so when i move here i may go there once a week like bryan does. The rink has a coffee shop called the chilled bean...they make smoothies, and they have a cold stone creamery. There are two surfaces and a very fancy looking gym. with water falls in it. yea. water falls.
So, yea, i'm basically babysitting right now...not on purpose. I'm in jaykay's office with amanda and alissa. allissa is micheala's younger sister...a skater and assistant and thier mother is a volunteer here during skating school. I'm so not in the mood to deal with children right now. since i don't feel well. I have to find my phone charger...it's somewhere but i can't remember exactly which bag so i'll have to look for it when i get home cause my phone died this morning and i'm sorry if you have messaged me or called me today cause my phone is dead. i have not had time to find the charger yet today. life is very fast paced here...at least for us. our days are very busy...often Juliana has15 hour days...some mornings we have to be at the rink at 5 and some nights we are here until 8 or 9. more than once we have been here until 11pm. but those were special events. anywho...i don't have to be here the whole time i could go home and rest, but i would be bored...today was the first day of skating school and there is a lot of work that goes into that...i've been putting together and organizing badges all afternoon. I skated this morning and had my workout with dionne who i will probably refer to as "D" from now on, since that is what we all call her here.
omnibalance is no longer omnibalance...it is sharp competics...i wanted to argue with jeff about the name but d and jay say that he does research and stuff to put his names and stuff together and that he'll probably explain that it actually makes perfect sence and is not technically a "made up" word. and i know they are right...he's wierd like that.
i'm just so worn down today, i really really hope i start to feel better soon. hopefully a good night's slepp will do the trick.

ok, well I have to get going.
I was bummed about the olympics...it sucked. i'm not a big shizuka fan...i realize she doesn't spell her name like that.
anyway, it was booboo andbefore i go...shout out to ry...he asked me to say that...ya.
